Oleg Falikowitsch has founded Blackfort Capital together with Gleb Streib and is responsible for portfolio management and operations-oriented work.

During his career Oleg gained extensive global experience in portfolio management and investment advisory. He previously held several senior positions at UBS, and in his last role at the bank served as Head of UBS office in Russia.

Oleg has broad experience in structuring and implementing of aircraft, yacht and real estate financing.  Prior to establishing Blackfort Capital in 2017, Oleg has been a Partner at Sound Capital, Zurich.  Oleg is a graduate of Unversity of Applied Science (Zurich, Switzerland).

Gleb Streib has founded Blackfort Capital together with Oleg Falikowitsch and is in charge of portfolio management and client-oriented work.

During his career he has worked in leading Swiss banks and asset management companies as Analyst, Relationship Manager and Portfolio Manager.

Gleb holds BSc in Management and MSc in Banking & Finance from the University of St. Gallen (St. Gallen, Switzerland).

He speaks fluently English, German (Swiss German), Russian and French.

Wanja Eichl has extensive experience and knowledge in providing financial services to institutional investors including pensions funds, foundations and family offices as well as to wealthy private clients.

During his career he worked in the asset management industry in leading client-related and strategic positions.

Wanja holds a master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of St.Gallen (HSG). He is a «Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst» (CAIA) charterholder.

He speaks fluently English, German (Swiss German) and Spanish. Furthermore, he is conversational in French and Russian.

Sebastian Schmuki is an investment professional with more than 10 years career in finance, during which he gained broad experience in various asset classes (equities, derivatives, alternatives).

With his former employer Swiss Life Asset Managers, he managed balance sheet equity strategies as well as a large institutional mandate.

Sebastian holds a MSc in Management, Technology and Economics from the ETH Zurich (Zurich, Switzerland). He is a «Chartered Financial Analyst» (CFA) charterholder.

Over 12 years in banking, formerly Senior Relationship Manager at Commerzbank.

Has vast work experience in Russia and Switzerland at such large market players as UBS, Nordea and Commerzbank.

Ekaterina holds MSc in International Economics from MNEPU (Moscow, Russia) and MBA in Finance and Banking from Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia).

Over 23 years in finance, previously Head of the Financial Department of a major international bank and Member of the Board of Directors.

Anatoly gained a profound financial and management experience in different positions at numerous international banks.

He holds a PhD from Saint Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics (Saint Petersburg, Russia) and a MBA from Stockholm School of Economics (Stockholm, Sweden).

Over 12 years in finance, formerly a tenured professor at Lancaster University, a professor at the University of Lausanne and the Swiss Finance Institutem.

Has worked in the USA and Switzerland as an advisor on data collection and analysis technologies for financial regulators.

Artem holds BSc in Economics from ICEF, Higher School of Economics (Moscow Russia), BSc in Economics from University of London (London, UK) and PhD in Financial Economics from Tepper Business School (Pittsburgh, USA).

Over 20 years International Banking & Financial Services Sector experience in American,  European and Swiss banks.

Inna held a number of various positions including RM, Head of Branch, Deputy Chairman of the Board & Senior Vice-President .

She holds MBA in International Economics and Finance ( RISEEBA, Latvia and Salford University, UK ) as well as Honk Kong University Certificate in Fintech( including Blockchain, Crypto, AI, Alternative Finance, Digital Platforms, TechFin and RegTech).

Professional with over 3 years of experience in providing financial services at one of the Big Four companies.

Has previously worked in Kazakhstan and Switzerland for large organizations such as EY, Petro Kazakhstan and Lian Group.

Asemzhan holds a BSc in Economics and Business from Kazakh-British Technical University (Almaty, Kazakhstan), a BSc and a MSc in International Finance from Geneva Business School (Geneva, Switzerland) as well as a MSc in Banking & Finance from Zurich University of Applied Sciences (Zurich, Switzerland).

Janina Imhof has over 7 years of experience in Banking, and was formerly assistant to senior relationship managers at Credit Suisse.

She has work experience in Private Banking in the UHNW segment with focus on the Asia-Pacific region.

Janina is in her last year of completing a BSc degree in Banking and Finance at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (Zurich, Switzerland).
